Underwriting Conditions
1. Insurance available for Thai nationals aged 15 days - 59 years, renewable up to 65 years.
2. Coverage begins after the 90-day waiting period from the policy effective date, and the applicant must have no symptoms or treatment related to cancer prior to purchasing insurance.
3. For family plans, children covered must be insured together with both father and mother only, with the same sum insured as the parents.
4. AXA reserves the right to change terms, underwriting conditions, and premiums without prior notice.
5. Maximum 1 insurance policy per person.
Remarks
Premiums including tax and stamp duty in the table may differ from the actual collected premium by no more than 1 Baht.
