Underwriting Conditions
1. Insured age from 1 – 60 years (renewable up to 70 years).
2. The insured must be of Thai nationality only.
3. The insured must complete the insurance application form in full and pass the Company's underwriting criteria.
4. Maximum sum insured for cancer insurance across all policies combined shall not exceed 1,500,000 Baht per person.
5. The insured must be in good health with no physical disability, and must never have had cancer or serious illnesses such as Hepatitis B and C, AIDS, chronic pneumonia, cirrhosis, hepatitis, chronic colitis, chronic cervicitis/vaginitis, etc.
6. Premiums increase according to age bands.
7. This insurance policy becomes effective when the Company approves the application.
8. Annual premium rates (Baht) include stamp duty of 0.4%.
Key Exclusions
1. The insured was diagnosed with cancer before the first policy year's effective date, regardless of whether treatment was completed (Pre-existing Conditions).
2. Manifestation or awareness of cancer symptoms or abnormalities related to cancer, of any type or kind, within the non-coverage period (Waiting Period) of 90 days from the first effective date of this policy.
3. HIV infection, Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), AIDS-Related Complex (ARC) such as lymphadenopathy, oral thrush, or Secondary Infection, and/or certain cancers found when HIV, AIDS, or ARC symptoms appear.
4. Cancer resulting from drug addiction or narcotic substance abuse or chronic alcoholism.
5. Cancer resulting from treatment of symptoms, chronic diseases, or complications resulting from cosmetic surgery.
