Underwriting Conditions
1. Applicant must be aged between 14 days – 60 years, renewable up to age 70 (age calculation = insurance year minus birth year).
2. Premiums increase according to age bands.
3. Insurance is available for Thai nationals with Thai citizenship only.
4. Each applicant may purchase cancer insurance with the Company with total benefits from all policies combined not exceeding 1 million Baht per person.
5. The following occupations are not accepted for insurance: employees in battery factories, flashlight battery factories, nuclear power plants, petroleum factories, factories using radioactive materials in production (e.g., medical equipment manufacturing), workers in nickel mines, those working with coal dust, oil dust, and asbestos dust.
6. Applicant must not currently have or have been treated for the following diseases: Hepatitis B & C (whether carrier or previously infected), AIDS or HIV-positive, chronic pneumonia, cirrhosis, chronic hepatitis, chronic colitis, chronic cervicitis or vaginitis, and cancer.
7. Applicant must not have relatives (father, mother, or siblings) who currently have or have had the following diseases: leukemia, retinoblastoma, colorectal cancer, and for female relatives of female applicants: breast cancer, uterine cancer, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer.
8. Applicant must not have tumors, lumps, nodules, or cysts that have not been surgically removed, or were surgically removed less than 2 years before the insurance start date.
Key Exclusions
The policy does not cover the manifestation or awareness of cancer symptoms or abnormalities related to cancer of any type or kind within the non-coverage period (Waiting Period) of 90 days from the first effective date of the cancer insurance coverage under this policy.
