Applicant Qualifications
• Age (calculated using birth year): Insurance available for ages 15-59 only (policy renewal up to age 65).
• Weight and height (assessed by BMI) according to the Company's underwriting criteria table.
• The following occupations are not accepted for insurance:
1. Employees in battery manufacturing factories
2. Employees in flashlight battery factories
3. Employees in nuclear power plants
4. Employees in petroleum factories
5. Employees in factories using radioactive materials in production, e.g., medical equipment manufacturing
6. Workers in nickel mines
7. Those working with coal dust, oil dust, and asbestos dust
• Maximum policies per person: Each insured may purchase cancer insurance with the Company totaling no more than 1 million Baht per person.
Key Exclusions
• Had cancer before purchasing insurance.
• Diagnosed with cancer within 90 days from the coverage start date.
• Cancer resulting from AIDS.
