Underwriting Conditions
• Eligible for ages 21 – 60 years.
• Insured up to age 60 may renew up to age 80.
• The insured must be of Thai nationality and must reside in Thailand only.
The Company reserves the right to decline insurance if the applicant declares "yes" or "has" any of the following:
1. Has had, been informed of, or is currently being investigated for cancer, carcinoma in situ, pre-cancerous changes, tumors, lumps, or polyps.
2. Has been ill, received medical treatment, or is still under treatment for AIDS or HIV infection, Hepatitis B or C, chronic pneumonia, chronic colitis, cirrhosis, hepatitis, chronic cervicitis or vaginitis.
3. Within the past 2 years, has had abnormal results from Pap Smear screening, Mammogram, breast ultrasound, prostate examination, or blood tests for cancer markers.
4. Within the past 3 months, has experienced unexplained weight loss of 5 kilograms or more, blood in urine, chronic cough, blood in stool or black-colored stool, diarrhea or constipation lasting 30 days or more.
Key Coverage Exclusions
1. The Company finds medical evidence indicating that the cancer was a Pre-existing Condition.
2. Manifestation or awareness of cancer symptoms or abnormalities related to cancer, of any type or kind, within the non-coverage period (Waiting Period) of 90 days from the first effective date of the policy.
