Underwriting Conditions
• Eligible for ages 1-59 years, renewable up to age 65.
• Must be of Thai nationality and reside in Thailand only.
• Each insured person may purchase a maximum of 1 policy only. If purchased in excess, the Company reserves the right to cancel the latest policy and refund the premium.
• If the applicant has already purchased insurance and the Company discovers that the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria, the Company will cancel the policy and refund the full premium paid to the applicant.
Additional Coverage Details
• Cancer: The Company will provide cancer coverage if first diagnosed with non-invasive cancer or invasive cancer, covering all types of cancer including skin cancer (as defined in the insurance policy).
• The insured will receive coverage for all cancer treatment methods as per medical standards as specified by the physician, including chemotherapy/radiation therapy/surgery/immunotherapy/Targeted Therapy, etc., including necessary expenses from both inpatient and outpatient treatment, subject to policy conditions.
• Additional benefits when the first cancer diagnosed is a gender-specific cancer:
Male: prostate cancer, lung cancer, oral cancer, esophageal cancer, colorectal cancer, and liver cancer
Female: breast cancer, ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, uterine cancer, colorectal cancer, and liver cancer
Coverage Exclusions
The Company will not pay compensation if the insured is diagnosed with cancer resulting from the following causes:
• AIDS, immunodeficiency disorders, opportunistic infections, and malignant tumors related to immunodeficiency, with blood test results showing HIV-positive.
• Cancer with medical evidence indicating it was a Pre-Existing Condition.
• Manifestation or awareness of cancer symptoms or abnormalities related to cancer, of any type or kind, within the non-coverage period (Waiting Period) of 90 days from the first effective date of the policy.
